I was doing some more intesne work outs than usual this week, and on the last day of exercize I felt fine. Then, the following morning, I couldnt even walk straight. Called my sister who is a RA and she said I have a grade II torn calf muscle
It hurts pretty bad and I have to do the whole RICE thing a lot (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevevation). If I want to walk anywhere, I pretty much need a crutch or something to support my weight on, and in addition, I have to walk hunched over and on my tippy toes.
