I was doing some more intesne work outs than usual this week, and on the last day of exercize I felt fine. Then, the following morning, I couldnt even walk straight. Called my sister who is a RA and she said I have a grade II torn calf muscle :(

It hurts pretty bad and I have to do the whole RICE thing a lot (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevevation). If I want to walk anywhere, I pretty much need a crutch or something to support my weight on, and in addition, I have to walk hunched over and on my tippy toes.

Epic failure :(

Well basically, we dont have any clean work out areas at my college that I can afford to go, so I try to bulk up as much as I can over the summers. I do a lot of different motions on visible body parts in short sleaves so i dont look awful 24/7.

I have a few things that help my exercize my calves (or is it calfs?) such as special shoes, special pads like a 2 step-stair to run up and down in rotation. The biggest thing is Ive always slacked wayyyy too much on stretching before I dive into actual work outs. Not gonna be doing that again lol.

Both sides of my family are obese as fuck, so I pretty much do as much as I can as hard as I can to stay within normal bounds.

Something thats worrying me now is I still dont have full movement in either legs. I cant put my heel to the ground while standing straight up without having to use my hand to push it down, and when I do it hurts.

I hope its not a grade III tear, I dont know how I would have pulled that off. Hopefully its just numb from the ice/compression and I have movement in it tomorrow :x

As posted, sister is a RN (Registered Nurse), and I have my own doctor who doesnt work weekends. If I dont have full movement tomorrow, I guess Ill get that figured out/physical check up.

Thats as far as I can move my foot up (towards the bottle) and thats straining my leg to get that far.

As for my sister, she extremely intelligent and I have more respect for her than I do for 99% of the people on this planet. She readlly didnt look at it too much, and I said "it didnt hurt that bad", which is a lie since it huts like a bitc haha.

I have a mousepad, but it wont fit. I have the laptop reseting on the left arm rest, I use the mouse on the right arm rest. I also use my moues on my bed when Im at my dorm on campus, Im 100% used to not using a mousepad, kind of nice not to carry one tbh.

I am finally able to walk without toally hunching over, and I finally made my heel touch the ground with only a moderate amount of pain.

Its really awkard though, I am unintentionally shifting weight around to take pressure off my upper inner calfs (both calfs, strained in the same spot in both legs), so I keep fallking down while walking normally :( its really embarssing haha
