we only had a list of certain songs that we knew that we wanted played that we liked....there were maybe 4 or 5? Besides that, our d.j. we pretty much trusted to play whatever she wanted. She's been doing it for many many years and knew what would be appropriate. And there were a couple genres that we didn't want allowed.
