I have no idea why this monster was buzzing around today but it was so I drove out to the airport to shot it. It's amazing how quiet and agile it is.

Suprised you didn't get detained by the Feds for taking pics of planes.. Well, that's if you live in the u.s. that is.

I live near an airforce base so I'm constantly seeing big planes, It's amazing how those things can stay up in the air.

I am in contact with aa bunch of aviation photo enthusiasts and they tell me there is no end to their harassment now. That's unfortunate.

I would kill to live by an airforce base.

That's funny most people would kill to not live next to a base. .I've lived near it most of my life so it really doesn't bother me anymore. I remember when I was a kid, the a-10's had a lower flight path. They would fly right over my house and rattle all the windows. Eventually the city petitioned the base to raise their flight paths to a higher altitude because of all the broken windows. .lol. We even have a huge boneyard near my house..All kinds of planes.

The base I live near is Davis-Monthan in Tucson.
