Heard of it and seen the introduction video. It's just Google Chrome with an addon when it really comes down to it. It's really nothing special as far as originality goes.

The extra part of it is what is special. And yes it's a Chromium based browser. I don't know of any other browser that does what RM does.

Chrome is lightweight in feature

pretty much any browser with extension or addon capability.

I would say so. Lightweight and speedy. That's the way forward for web browsing.
