i think its a necessity to help prevent the further decline of civilization as we know it..statistically speaking..it seems like those with lower intelligence have more children and are a larger burden upon the rest of society
(i am not including those with mental disabilities so no one should get offended)...its almost like the mythical "Jus Primae Noctis" or droit du seigneur (the lord's right) depicted in the movie Braveheart where the king tries to breed out the natives....but in this instance...intelligence is being bred out of society.

but this is just my opinion (im sure someone will have a problem with it) based upon several factors...oh and my eyes. but you can go out and look around for yourself and probably draw the same conclusion :nod:
