yeah the Tacoma Narrows Bridge back in 1940. there are alot of youtube videos about that one tooIt's structural frequancy oscillations, usually caused by a wind causing a pendulem affect on the bridge that just get's wrose and worse.
It's happened in America too on a number of bridges.
