Breathing Technique

I thought I'd post my breathing technique for running, during a football//hockey match or whatever.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, believe it or not, it is definitely better than the other way round or mixing it. You can circulate better and your nose cleans air a bit as it passes through.

Good advice. Proper breathing makes a whole lot of difference. Most people don't know how to do it properly and just take it for granted it's just to breath normally.

even with this theres a technique......its no good just inhaling through the nose.....it needs to be a slow deep breath
