Breaking stuff = Therapeutic release?

I used to work with these guys that specialized in lowering ceilings to save energy. The fun part was tearing down the old ceiling. You get to make a big damn mess and break so much glass and shit.

Now i noticed that everysingle guy that worked with me were all very mellow, calm, and easy going people. Which led me to believe that breaking things is good for the soul. haha i know it sounds crazy, but have you ever thrown a glass bottle at a wall when your pissed? feels great don't it?

what do you think?

ive thrown tools and my cell phone across a garage a few times when i was bagging my truck. yeah i felt better but my phone i had didnt like it too much....lol

well i dont resort to violence all the time and when i do i try to break things that i dont care about. I have broken cell phones and skateboards and felt dumb about doing so, but something like an empty beer bottle does the trick nicely

Theres nothing like breaking something to release your anger be it in a good way or bad way lol.
My brother Works demolition and is the calmest guy i know, with our family history he is almost guaranteed to be angry all the time but his job allows him to smash shit up and feel great when he gets home, I worked with him one day and well lets just say you haven't lived until you have smashed the shit out of a supermarket! :D

I am a prison guard....when I need to break something or get violent, I turn on an inmate......them fuckers ain't in there for selling cookies! :D

ok well, im not really tryin to get at the point of breaking useful stuff when your mad. Every once in a while you need to break something......like say an old wooden chair....you gotta break it down to throw it in a fire. Thats always fun. get the sledgehammer out and swing away.
Keight agrees with me!
*cartman voice*
