You guys will have absolutely no idea until you try Slavic beer. I mean any kind of Slavic beer - whether it is Russian, Czech, Polish etc. they are ALL great. American beer = soap water mixed with urine. Sam Adams is ok since it's the only thing aside from New Castle (which is 10x better) and Asahi (Japanese beer, 8x better) that I can get at the seven-eleven next to my house. Corona is... well, it's just an "ok" alternative if there isn't anything else or if you have a gigantic part of 100s of people (my brother's 23rd b-day party :rock)
1 Baltika #6 (Russian beer) = 10 Coronas
1 Baltika #6 = ~$1.46, 10 Coronas = a shitload more
Baltika has many versions. The higher the number, the higher the alcohol percentage. The highest one is really nasty though... I don't suggest going higher than #9.
1 Golden Pheasant (Ukranian beer) = 7 Coronas
1 Golden Pheasant = ~1.85, 7 Coronas = a fuckload more
This one is a beer that's contained in a bottle that looks like champagne. It's great tasting, but not as concentrated with alcohol.
And you get the point from there. Now the question is, which would you prefer? I'd MUCH rather get beer that is 50 million times better tasting than American bullshit and drink it slowly to enjoy it instead of getting dozens of crappy beers and pissing it out instanteneously.
