LOL ok its not the end of the world but it could be because i ended up drinking too much Thursday night and due to the snow I really couldn't get outside. It just kinda put me in a zone where I'm thinking what do i hafta do to get more weight off? I should exercise more obviously but that's gonna take more effort and i should limit my alcohol intake. Maybe restrict the type of starches I eat?

You are not going to gain two pounds from one night out on the town. Go have a good dump and you'll be back where you started. :D

You should only look at the scale if you are trying to gain mass. If you are losing weight, stay away from it. Depending on when you ate, what substance you ate, how much you drank, when you drank, when you went to piss last, when you went to shit last. All of these things can change your weight. You wanna know how much you weigh? The best way is to wake up, use the bathroom and then weigh yourself. This way your body is pretty much empty, but still it isnt accurate. Stay away from the scale. Judge by how you look. The scale is demoralizing. Not to mention, if you are working out you are most likely toning and strengthening muscle. More muscle, more weight. If you absolutely have to have something tell you how much weight you're losing. Get your fat percentage taken monthly.

Yeah dude weight fluctuates A LOT, if you do a tough workout and work up a good sweat you can weigh in 5 pounds less in one day, of course you'd put it back on as your body rehydrates but that's not the point.

It's probably water weight gained from the beer. But if you want to do more my recommendations are exercise more, cut out any prepackaged stuff (Hot Pockets is one that I can think of that you're mentioned), exchange any wheats for WHOLE wheat, and stay away from anything that has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. I'd also recommend cutting out all soda, even diet.

It takes 3,500 calories to gain a pound so I seriously doubt it's FOR REAL weight gain.
