I've asked if anyone gets into cycling I'm sure of it. It's a common question I ask on most forums with a fitness section.
But here's an alternative version of the question:
Have any of you got into cycling competitions as a form of fitness?
Here me out. Cycling itself is very much fitness and good fitness. However, competing requires you to reach certain fitness goals, get better at cycling strategies, and become a faster rider. It will effectively make you even more physically fit if you want to win or even place in many races.
Have any of you tried this for fitness or even considered trying it?
