I'm on day 4. The idea is simple...1 thing at a time! Instead of throwing myself into some hardcore routine and risk not sticking with it, I'm making slow simple changes. This week I started, and committed to do a workout once a day for 20-30 mins on my total gym. So far so good! Monday I am going to cut out sodas and just drink water. I am also maybe going to start walking during the day outside with the stroller for 20-30 mins. My only problem with the working out is that I do it at night, because i cannot be interrupted during a workout or I don't trust myself to go back and finish. This kind of sucks because I end up getting a whole bunch of energy late at night, but at the same time I'm really tired and can feel the sleep deprivation cathching up to me and I get a headache. I would wake up early and do it but I am NOT a morning person at all and working out in the AM never gave me any energy, just ended up making me tired all day. I might try it anyways because maybe that's changed now, since everything else has.

Awesome!
Are you an at home mom? if youre tjhinking you'll never get to work out because of the kid being at home with you, it gets a little better once she gets older. (guessing from the pic lol)

I started going to the gym Mon - Wed and then on Fridays but I cannot find a babysitter for Mondays so that leaves Mondays out, which then sucks because im not spending the proper time i need at the gym... Girls stay at home with me on modays and I work Thurs - Sunday.

Eiother way making certain changes like cutting out Soda and watching what you eat will def. show an impact... maybe not as fast as you'd like but you and others will see the difference soon!

good luck!

yes I am a stay at home mom! The solution to the never getting to work out problem for me has been buying in home gym equipment! And also I work out when she goes to bed. During the day I'm gonna start walking with the stroller so I can have 2 workout sessions a day...1 cardio and 1 strength. I can't do a gym membership because she is too young still to go in the play area in the gym, and I can't leave her with her Dad for that long, she will freak out. She's just at that age where she needs only mommy all the time.
