We got a new front load washing machine delivered this morning, our old top loading machine kicked the bucket. Logan was so excited that he grabbed his snack and chair and sat there watching it for 2 full loads. I have to admit that I sat there with him for the first load.

The new dryer will be next month, a matching set...

And the washer is a Samsung and it makes all kinds of cool beeps and sounds. It even plays a song when it's done.

But you're right, it's amazing what captivates a child.

Our TV has zero radiation.

We have an LED DLP rear projection. A 61" TV that uses less electricity than a 100W light bulb. It's the only big screen TV that's energy star compliant.

Awww..... How sweet he is.

I remember seeing the dishwashers on display when I bought mine.... and they had this model where the door was replaced with glass so you could watch how it functions. I asked for that model and was told they don't make 'em for consumers. I was so bummed.

Now I hear the dishwasher make a noise or two and wonder exactly what is going on in there. All that swish swish swish..... swoosh swoosh swoosh..... hum hum hum..... and the occasional thump, tink, clank..... Not a dish damaged.... but it sure would be neat to watch the action.
