Best program for merging videos?

Some some reason, someone uploaded a few movies in 2 parts. I want them to be one complete movie. What would be the best program to merge to video files?

there's a freeware called any video converter. and it is for converting but it has option to merge the files into 1 video file.

Honestly I've been using Pinacle Studio for a while for all my video needs.. might be a little overkill for your purposes though.
