My favorite metal voice is that of Rob Zombie. I think Hetfield's got a great voice for metal, to. Some great choices on here though.

I'm pretty sure Nivek Oger of Skinny Puppy and Alain Jourgenson of Ministry would be great for metal too, though they sing industrial.
