A law enforcement official close to the investigation says pro wrestler Chris Benoit strangled his wife and smothered his son before hanging himself in his weight room. The family was found dead Monday, and authorities were investigating the deaths as a murder-suicide. Investigators believe the 40-year-old Benoit killed his wife, Nancy, 47, and son, Daniel, 7, over the weekend, then himself on Monday.

I agree that he IS innocent until proven guilty, and hell, he may not have done it. I have no problem holding out judgment until all the facts are in. All I was saying is that maybe this thread was a little premature.

Actually, its still under investigation.... There's a report I read on another site that said his wife may have killed their son, and he killed her out of anger, then himself...
