Belted Kingfisher

This cute little bugger can be quite hard to get and this is only my second shot of one. This one was taken today from quite a distance and cropped. He / she is about 10" tip of beak to tip of tail.

Yes and on Tv. I fully expected him to fly away but he didn't.

Na... I don't think so but I'm glad you like it. I think the crow in the fog shot was a better one as far as birds go. Then there's a ton of aircraft shots... you get my drift.

It's not my mostest favorite one but I liked it enough to buy an expensive frame for it yesterday and I hunged it on the wall.
