I just got back from my friends paintballing tournament, he held it way up at his cabin. It was soooo fun. Both teams split apart and hiked up different sides of the mountain and camped out for awhile. Both teams planned as we took turns standing guard (I didn't contribute much to the strategizing). They mostly needed me for cover fire, considering the fact that I had a speedball gun (Spyder Fenix) and everyone else had bushball guns. Almost all of us pulled all-nighters, a few slept in tents and the whole night was filled with failed sneak attacks. I tried a few times, but our teams rule was that if you're spotted you haul ass back to our base no exceptions, so I was out of breath for a long time, considering the fact that I was the second or third fastest guy on my team. When it got lighter our plan involved me being a massive diversion. I purposely screwed with my CO2 Tank so that it made a chainsaw sound, and since my gun could shoot 20 balls per second and with screwed CO2 it sounds about three times as fast, It sounded pretty damn realistic! I made the noise and startled a few of them, so about ten to fifteen followed it and came straight towards me. I hid myself in a man-made bunker my friend made, I had also set up 6 planks for cover to my liking. Half of the Opposing team pretty much took the exact path all in a single file, I had expected something a little more tactical. My orders were to pick off the middle man as soon as he passed the marked tree (It had a little red ribbon on it for some reason). I sprayed off half of my hopper onto the three middle men, completely advertising my whereabouts. One kid was wearing a bright red hoodie, not the best clothing for bushballing, so he stuck out like a sore thumb. I fired of about 20 shots at him, I decided to pick my shots this time and hit his hopper which was sticking out above a log that he decided to use as cover. At this point, the planks I was behind were covered with the enemies paint. There were three people that stayed at our base that were chatting on my radio. I asked one of them what I should do. Thom told me to stay there and that he'd come over with the shield (He had built a large shield out wood and added a little spyhole in the top covered with plexi-glass, that shit they use for windows in hockey arenas). About ten to twenty minutes later he came. The other team open fired on him, but that didn't do a thing to it. He had another person behind the shield that he was transporting. Me and the person that Thom was transporting switched spots and he then took my post. Thom then took me back hidden behind the shield. Only a few minutes later, our team arrived back at our camp with the flag in our hands.
The next day we played some Team Elimination, Predator (Which I did very good at I might add), and a bit of President. Gawd was that ever fun.
Anyways, tomorrow I'm going to be leaving to Alberta for a family reunion, to visit some relatives and to visit the LARGEST MALL IN CANADA!
Oh yeah, Its my birthday, oh yeah, its my birthday.
Ciao!

I got back from Alberta a few days ago and a few of our cousins came home with us and we shot straight up to our cabin up at Beaver Lake. Ive been ATVing for the past few days and it just feels sooo damn good to come home and have a shower after 4 days in the bush.
