I just got this press release and wanted to know if any of you lovelies across the pond are familiar with this? I may go to the screening to check it out, plus I know Emmai... but kinda nifty they feature the 'burgh in the show! :D

Here's the Press Release:

THE BRITISH COME TO PITTSBURGH AND CREATE A SAUCY STIR

(Pittsburgh, April 20, 2009) In honor of several local Pittsburghers being featured in the British Broadcasting Corporation’s (BBC) latest episode of “Beat The Boss,” a Debut Screening Event is being held by Deeplocal, Ya Momz House, LLC and Kelley Skoloda of Ketchum on Thursday, April 30th from 6 to 8 pm at the Pittsburgh Filmmakers’
Melwood Screening Room.

“Beat The Boss,” a well-loved British television show, pits a team of three kids, “The Bright Sparks” against a team of three successful bosses, “The Big Shots,” and asks them to create a new product that would be marketed to kids. The winner is the group that creates the product that fares the best at youth judging. Pittsburgh’s favorite condiment company H. J. Heinz Company got into the act as the client for this episode, and challenged the two teams to create a new sauce for Heinz.

Filmed partially right here in Pittsburgh, the episode features several locals including Emmai Alaquiva of Ya Momz House, LLC; Nathan Martin of DeepLocal; Kelley Skoloda of Ketchum, who comprised the team of adults and a local Pittsburgh Public School student, who was paired with two British students to comprise the team of kids. In addition, several of Pittsburgh’s most well-known and well-loved spots including the inclines, Kennywood and The Point were featured in the episode.

To help support the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Banks, a donation of one canned item is requested to gain entry into the Debut Screening Event.

“I am proud to have been a part of this international television show, however I am even prouder to say that Pittsburgh played a major role in it as we live in an incredible city and it is not featured nearly enough in the media arts,” says Nathan Martin, CEO of DeepLocal, a Pittsburgh-based mobile software company.
