The UN scoffed on Friday at claims by a judge in Lubbock County, Texas, that UN troops could invade the southern US state to settle a possible civil war, which the judge warned could be sparked if Obama is re-elected in November.

I would scoff too. The judge is a joke, and all his comments mean nothing. how this man came to hold a position like he does, and hasnt been carted off to the looney bin is beyond me. It disgusts me that it actually garnered ANY attention much less all the way up to the UN Seceratary Generals office.
