He just needs to buy a low mileage JDM b16a SiR II, chip a P28 ECU, swap it into his DX and call it a day if he's really going to be that picky about trying to find a sport compact that hasn't been used for its intended purpose.
That's like trying to find a bone stock GT that hasn't ever been raced, it's just NOT going to happen.
