My parents thought Amber was an unique nane until there was three Ambers in my 4th grade class.

Try being a Jennifer. You go to the mall and your mom calls your name and 40 people turn around. GAH

In 6th grade I had 7 Jennifer's in my class. I was last in the group .. so I got called by my last name :mad .

That's why I don't want to name my kids with a name that 10 other kids would have around them. Some of the names that I have picked out are common, but aren't that common if you know what I mean.

Yep... my sister went through middle school as Jenna. haha

There were 4 besides her, and in my class I was one of 3 guys named James, with another guy going by Jamie.

My cousin is a Jennifer and when she was younger, she would always complained about being Jennifer M. and not just Jennifer.

I picked Drake for my kid's name .. cas I hadn't ever heard any one else named that for a first name, always a last. In 10 years I've only heard of 3 others. And one is on TV (Drake & Josh), which is kinda funny .. cas my kid Drake's best friends name is Josh lol.
