Are those real or photoshopped? They're gorgeous, but just absolutely terrifying looking!
They are mainly post processed :thumbup

It is my goal in life to take a picture of a tornado. The problem is being in the right place at the right time. Being right in the middle of one is not conducive to good pics because at that point one just wants to survive...and your camera would get wet.I believe the guy when he says they haven't been altered much.
Tuffy you need to spend a little time in Tornado Alley and then come back and tell us all about how you manipulated your photo's... that's providing you have the courage to hang around. I lived through one tornado and that was enough to put me to the test never mind taking pictures of the bloody thing.
Maybe some of the southern Ameranski posters here will have something to add.
Me no likey tornado. I lived very, very, very close to the one that ripped Edmonton apart in July 1987. If you read this story it will mention it's path.It is my goal in life to take a picture of a tornado. The problem is being in the right place at the right time. Being right in the middle of one is not conducive to good pics because at that point one just wants to survive...and your camera would get wet. It's better if you can see it coming, take your picture and then run like hell.
