Studies never prove anything. They're not always accurate, and theres a good chance that they're fakes.

I dont think you're mental V :)

I do however think that Autism runs a toll on the parents.. possibly causing them to have some issues.. dont blame them in the least, its definitely not something easy to watch your child go through

Me neither:D

Plus, all his things he has going on, come from his father anyway (Hereditory), so they need to research properly.:)

Nevermind, there's always things like this going on.

interesting topic is this........parents are blamed for alot due to so called research, what about the fact that everything starts somewhere, not everthings inherited,it just happens.......now since i've been on this site i've learned a little about autism, and i mean a little......take peters condition for example.....his thing is british wildlife......nothing wrong with that you might think......well i can tell you, peter is bordering expert status when it comes to british birds.....now if you take it back alot further........were historical figures such as einstein and michelangelo autistic......my point there is that they were genius's of they're day, single minded.....one for science and one for painting......my point is that as a race we've yet to fully understand things like autism and its about time we made more effort because you never know what great minds we might discover

a little off topic i know but i had to say it somewhere

Well, I think that the mental illness in question is not just depression, schizophrenia is a very complex problem affecting the sociological make-up of a person as well as the metal. However, to say that psychological disorders may affect this is quite far off, but not absurd... In mental illness you can make your body do horrific things to itself, you can easily cause organ failure and on set of conditions, just through thought processes, and I think that this is what this study might be trying to say. But, ergo it must not just be autism, but a whole myriad of other disorders, ailments and conditions. So selective news writing for sure, but not totally untrue.

Usually with one condition, there are others that often are not noticed, which most definately are hereditory.

My son for example has 5 conditions all in one - some more severe than others and there are times they are worse than at other times - not mental illness though.
