I had no idea they were trying to change Ole Miss from the Rebels? That's ridiculous. They are what they are. The did this at ULM as well. The were the Indians forever, and some PC people started complaining. Mind you, none of the complainants were actual Indians but there ya go.
I was tickled that Auburn beat them, as I believe Auburn will be our next National Champions, plus as an LSU Tiger fan for life, Ole Miss is, of course, a sworn rival.

So my cousin is at Ole Miss now and he sends me texts to keep me updated. I guess at one point we were tied? He tried to send that it was a good game, but it took forever to send so when I replied asking the score he said we were down by 20. I was like, How exactly is that a good game?!

Anyway, I didn't get to watch the game cause of trick or treating, but I did hear it was a fairly good game.
Now, in a few weeks, when LSU plays the Rebels, it'll be on!
That's a tradition in my family and now my sis is married to a Rebels fan, so it makes for an interesting day LOL

Ooh, I bet it does! My pappy is a State fan, and just about everyone outside of his side are Rebel fans, so that's always fun.

I'm still disgusted over the way my Bulldogs played Ole Miss. We completely forgot how to play defense.
