Atheism =/= Evolution.

I'm a mix of an Atheist and Agnostic. I'm not much a scientific person.

An interesting statement, as (my understanding) is that Atheists rest their beliefs on what can be proven as in scientifically. For example No Proof of God= No Believe in God.

Science is just a method of observing and recording data about our natural environment. Everyone accepts science. You don't "believe" in science, you simply accept it as a way of achieving understanding.

Oh and evolution is accepted by a lot of Christians. Just because you are religious doesn't mean you can't see that evolution is a very reputable and evidence backed fact.

Since we are talking about Athiest beliefs, I'd like to ask does Atheism have a stand on spirits and the afterlife? Does that fall under the "not provable= don't believe".

I like how people cant get their head around the fact that there very well might be a better explanation that evolution or creation. Just because no ones come up with it yet dosent mean it isnt possible. Just maybe the human race isnt as smart as they think they are.

All of your posts are so damn personal and angry, you should relax and make an informed post, rather than an emotional/rage post. I will agree that there are many ignorant peoples who do not know about Atheism, but the same is true about people on ANY subject matter.
