Past three days I've been crawling around in an attic running wires and shit.

Today after work, since it friggen got up to 60 degrees, I went over to the house and pulled the pile of carpeting and padding from infront of the garage into the garage, then I shovelled what was left of the snow and swept out the garage of all the leaves and trash that was left behind.

Now I can't fuggin walk, i feel like I either pulled a muscle or broke my hip bone on my left side. I don't know what I did, because it didn't hurt until after I woke up earlier tonight from my nap.

Why do I feel old?

Lol James..

Your never to old to feel pain if you put your body through a strenous work out that its not used to. Push through the pain you will be fine...LOL

Or relax for a day or two, Start over again and re-experiance the pain, :D

DamnI m such a bitch, but seriously, take a couple asprin or whatever and just keep at it.. maybe move a little slower.. your body will get used to it.. If its bad, Take a day for your body to heal. and then Take it just a bit easier next time
