Not all like sports, They're afraid to get burn from the heat of the sun once do practices like swimming, basketball, volleyball, or any of the tract and field events. Most people this time like go glance at their rosaries called videos, texts, browsing and others forgetting to discover or utilize their potentials on outdoor games. For me, my sports are swimming, lawn tennis and bowling. I also energise myself by dancing Tiktok ☺️. How about you?

Yes, sports are the good way to burn extra fat of the body. Swimming, as I have read is the best thing to do as it makes your body fit and healthy. I prefer walking /jogging as you know the swimming pools are rare here or far away from my place otherwise I would also prefer swimming as an exercise.

Our body needs exercise. I am used to this since age 11. I feel weak if I can't swim every weekend or during summer holidays when I am on a two month summer vacation.

It all depends on person to person. I am lazy sort of person who wants to stay at home when I am not at work. But that's not good as we must do physical work if we don't want to remain fit and healthy😆
