these days everything has to be sterile, which means that we're not getting exposed to germs and bugs, meaning that our immune system has no way of fighting certain things
Lol... are you joking?
I think all this sterilization crap is annoying. I got my hands dirty as a child. I don't shake my weiny after pissing and sometimes don't wash meh hands LOL
:24: I was so laughing when I wrote this... God some people are so gullibleThat's pretty disgusting. I feel sorry for those you shake your hand.
I don't use antibacterial products because they're bad for the environment. But I'm very clean. I wash my hands after using the restroom, and I take daily showers. Cleanliness is Godliness they say. :thumbup

Everyone play nice
Ian has an excellent point.
Momentary sterilization via Purell etc. Isn't good in the long run. Actually the biggest issue we face is a virus and its ability to resist anti-biotics after several exposures.
A virus has an uncanny ability to morph into a more resistant predator than before. Spend some time reading books on Virology and immunology.
Epidimiologists have been warning for years that the over exposure to anti biotics, and the steady development of new anti biotics will eventually put us into a dangerous predicament.
Exactly... part of the problem is all of the antibiotics being given to cows and chickens, which are passed to us in our food. Causes many problems.
