Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO Max anmd host of other platforms are dominating the TV industry, and network television channels are struggles. Appointment viewing is nearly extinct, and ad revenue has plummeted. But does streaming offer better content, or does it overwhelm with choice? Do you still watch cable TV? What’s your go-to streaming platform?

Yes from my experience it is as I can't personally remember when last I want movies on a TV. I just stream and watch online

No doubt that the modern streaming services has modified how we watched television shows. These platforms provide numerous possibilities and diverse options to customers. Televisions set is old ams few people use it now.

Yes, these days people now steam instead of watching the traditional tv, with the invention of smart TV has made things a lot easier as you could have your favorite streaming service on your tv.

I believe streaming services are challenging traditional TV by offering on-demand content, flexible subscriptions, and fewer commercials. People are shifting to platforms like Netflix and Hulu for convenience and diverse options, while traditional TV struggles to keep up with these changes.

Yes streaming services have disrupted traditional broadcast television . They are providing a more personalized, on-demand, and flexible viewing experience. They now changed how content is created, distributed, and consumed, reshaping the entertainment industry

Definitely yes, and it has been doing so for a long time. In fact, it is so true that traditional television had to adapt to streaming, which I think is great because I don't like traditional television. It is very limited in many ways, and there is a huge lack of freedom.

Yeah, I’d say streaming services are definitely taking over. I barely watch traditional TV anymore unless it’s live sports or the news. With Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and others, you get what you want, when you want, no ads, no waiting. Traditional TV feels too slow and limited now. But I guess it still has its place for certain audiences.

No, I don't watch TV anymore. I prefer streaming services like Netflix. However, I no longer watch Netflix because it takes time to upload new content to watch. I prefer to watch videos on L*kL*k, which is a less expensive service that I started using a few months ago.

Streaming is the best for me now. This is 2025, things are evolving, I make use of Hulu mostly for its leniency in ads spawning.

One of the reasons why people are spending less time watching traditional TV is because of show timing. With streaming, you can choose your own time, and with TV watching you will have to follow their show time.
