Many programs now promote 20–30 minute workouts. Have shorter sessions improved your consistency? Do you feel they deliver real results? What matters more for you, workout length or intensity? How do you fit exercise into busy days?

Effective in what sense, to lose weight, to build muscles, to tone your body, what else? if you want to exercise just to maintain body weight and become fit, even short workouts can be effective.
