Some people stay inactive all week, then push hard on weekends. Do smaller daily habits work better for you? Which habits actually stuck long term? How do you fit movement into regular workdays?

I think short daily habits are better than weekend burst for health and fitness. But sadly a lot of people also find it harder to keep up with daily habits
