Recent titles focus more on grounded stories and new tones. Do you think superhero fatigue is pushing studios toward better experimentation? Which recent superhero film or show surprised you? What risks should the genre take that it still hasn’t?

I stopped watching super hero movies a long time ago. That's because they were not exploring any new ideas. I am afraid, they don't explore risky ideas. Since they have to invest heavily, and recovering investment is their primary concern, they don't work on risky ideas

Yes, to an extent. Some post-MCU superhero films are experimenting more with tone, themes, and character flaws, moving away from formulaic storytelling. However, many still play it safe due to franchise pressure, audience expectations, and box office risk.
