Fitness, diet, and fashion trends promoted online often go viral. Do they motivate positive change, or foster anxiety, body image issues, and consumer pressure? How should followers approach trends to maintain mental and emotional balance?

Yes like Social media influencers bridge the gap between health information and the public. They simplify complex topics and make them relatable.

Some might be healthy but most of them are trying to promote for views and engagement. A large number of these health trends have no research and scientific basis.

I’d say it depends. Some trends can encourage fitness, mindfulness, or better habits, which is positive. But often, influencers promote unrealistic lifestyles or products more for engagement than genuine wellbeing. Following trends blindly can create pressure rather than health, so it’s important to be selective and critical.
