Pixar, DreamWorks, and Studio Ghibli appeal to all ages, but many still think animation is childish. Do you watch animated films for story, visuals, or nostalgia? Which animated movie felt genuinely adult to you?

No, I disagree. Animated movies are not only for kids. In fact, some animes are so gory and dark that kids would literally get traumatized watching them. That's why they are usually rated 13+.
Adults like myself don't mind watching great animated movies that offer great lessons.

Well, a lot of TV shows and also movies are made with adults in mind. I enjoy watching animated movies, even the ones that are specifically made for kids.
