Alright ladies and gents...another month, another exercise challenge. Participation has dwindled in the past month, but hopefully we can get it back up (tee hee) this month. Whether it's just walking for 10 minutes a day or powerlifting for an hour a day, we welcome all levels of activity here b/c the important thing is that you're off your duff and burning some calories.
The way we do it on the weight loss forum is that you just make 1 post and you edit it to update throughout the month. HOWEVER, once so much time has passed on this forum you are not able to edit your post unless you're a moderator. So if you will just make a new post once you're no longer able to edit, I will merge the posts for you to make it one post. Please do not quote your previous post in your additional posts as it creates a lot more work than what is necessary just to merge them.
My goal for this month will be 2500 minutes.

1 - 50 minutes DanceFit Class + 5 minutes marching in place
2 - 5 minutes marching in place + 300 minutes packing/moving/cleaning
3 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
4 - 55 minutes walking in my neighborhood
5 - 50 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
6 - 35 minutes at the gym + 70 minutes at the gym
7 - Rest Day.
8 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 5 minutes marching in place
9 - 5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes at the gym
10 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
11 - 5 minutes marching in place + 30 minutes pushing around 100 plus pounds of groceries + 65 minutes walking in my neighborhood
12 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 150 minutes cleaning out my closet + 65 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 5 minutes marching in place
13 - Rest Day.
14 - 55 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 5 minutes marching in place + 45 minutes at the gym
15 - 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes dancing
16 - 5 minutes marching in place + 50 minutes Battle of Byron 5K + 15 minutes swimming + 10 minutes spinning
17 - 150 minutes walking on River St and through Chippewa Square (where the Forrest Gump bench scenes were filmed) + 110 minutes walking on the beach
18 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
19 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 40 minutes at the gym
20 - 60 minutes cleaning out my closet + 50 minutes Yoga class
21 - Rest Day.
22 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
23 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
24 - 50 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 5 minutes marching in place
