Anyone gone on a cruise?

wife and I are thinking of a vacation for next year to coincide with her birthday (she is a leap year baby and she will be 12 on Feb 29)
If so, how was your experience? who did you go with? what did you like/dislike?

I've never been on one. From what I hear, there's always tons of food.

I haven't been on one, but my mom has. She says it's absolutely THE BEST way to travel and she can't wait to do it again.

Never again unless it is with a group or plenty of stops if in the Caribbean. I was bored to death.

If it was Alaska I could live without stops just because of the scenery.

Just stay away from Carnival (sp?) cruise lines.

They can be fun, Alaska isn't bad, but even in the summer, ensure you take WARM clothes.

Mrs.Guyzerr and myself have promised each other we will take that cruise this summer come hell or high water. It's something we have been threatening to do for a very long time but we will get 'er done .

I went on two Mediterranean cruises back in 98 and 2000. Of course those were on a Navy ship. So not sure that would help ya. Lol
