I want to go to a new car lot and test drive some awesome cars. Could I go to any lot and just tell them yeah, I want to test drive this viper without having to lay money or anything else down? I'm serious. I'm bored and I want to try new stuff.

Being as you're 19... I doubt it. You're not gonna be able to just walk up and drive a lot of cars, especially the expensive ones, without having to hand over either a deposit or your license.
