Anybody Good With Photoshop?

I need help with a small thing, and I'm wondering if anybody out there is good with Photoshop. I tried downloading a free/trial version of Adobe Photoshop, but I couldn't even figure out what exactly to download, and from what I've seen, Photoshop is pretty confusing, so I don't think I can even attempt to do anything on my own lol. I have an image and I just need a few words changed on it. Any takers?
