Any Fans of The Amazing Race ?

The start of Amazing Race 16 just happened Sunday Feb 14 on CBS ( US ), CTV ( Canada ) with the new teams going at a chance for the million dollars..

To me the race is the only reality show worth watching as it shows the many cultural aspects of the world and not just the backstabbing you see in many other reality shows..

It was interesting to see how many of the teams that were so far behind come back and catch right up again in what seems to be one of the best match races in a long time..

Anyone want to put any guesses now on who will win it all ?

See now that's a task they should have at the end of the race is to go to Afghanistan.. The first team to find Bin Laden wins 10 Million Dollars.. :cheerleader:

Those Cowboys were funny and although it looked like they were going to be one of the last teams they sure caught up fast..

It will be interesting to see who breaks out of the pack..

It's the only reality show I watch. We even record it because my hubby gets home to late on Thursday to watch it from the start, and we like watching it together.

The cowboys surprised me, I figured they were out. However, I bet they'll be knocked out within the next few episodes.

Most of the teams seem dynamic, which should make for an interesting season.

Like I said below, I think this is probably the best set of teams as far as equal racers and matched teams. I think this will be very interesting..

That was a blast and my daughter who watches it with me was just laughing so loud and saying what a bunch of IDIOTS...

But they still managed..

I watched it last night while trying to do homework. The grandmother and grandaughter were eliminated, not much of a surprise. They were at the end of the pack all along.

I agree, but they did not look too disappointed..

I think they did the best they could. They just were not a strong team to start with.. Would have been nice to see them go a few more rounds but realistically I really could not see them going much farther.

And so the race keeps going..

This last Sunday on Amazing Race, was ironic..It started in Chile, were an earthquake hit the morning before the show airing..

Of course the shows are all taped way in advance but it seemed ironic to me that it would happen in coincidence to such a tragic time for this country..

I see it on CBS's web site in full length.. I guess you could watch it there altough I can't as my "country" block's it.. But I saw it so no loss..

I'm a huge fan of TAR, best reality show (and only one I watch)
I also downloaded The Amazing Race Asia (Season 3) which was hella harder then the North American version of TAR.
All around a great series!
