NC Judge Rules Anti-Abortion License Plates Unconstitutional

A North Carolina judge halted the sale of its "Choose Life" license plates because the state doesn't offer a pro-choice option. HLN reports the federal judge deemed them unconstitutional and it violated the First Amendment. "Fox and Friends" explains that efforts were made to provide pro-choice options but state lawmakers rejected them. The state attorney general has not decided whether he will appeal the decision...

Good call on the judge like we need pro-lifers shoving their views in our faces. I'm all for pro choice. Being a guy I should have no say over what a woman does with her body in the beginning stages of pregnancy. This nation has children starving and we have pro-lifers trying to force people who aren't ready to take on the duties of parenthood. Just what we need more neglected children.

The issue isn't what a woman does with her body Dana...its what she is doing with someone elses.

Its just a license plate. I don't see it as prolifers pushing anything in our faces.
My state has around 15 choices of plates you can pick from.

I think the judge may be in the wrong on this one, and yes I am pro choice.

Its not about being offensive. Anti-abortion has been religiously driven for a long time. The judge was right to name it unconstitutional because seperation of church and state should be just that.
