No. It's super cheap. Singly ply. You get like 2 squares off the roll at a time, if you're lucky. My nails constantly shred it.

It sucks horribly so... and if there is good TP in the bathrooms.... you know your bill is going to be huge if it's a restaurant! :24:
The cheapest most horrid TP I have encountered is in Calgary International Airport..... it shreds just looking at it...

:24: I know.. Talk about wasting paper... lets have a foot or more of single ply to wipe my butt over maybe 3 sheets per wipe of 2 ply....No.
I do believe they make the toilet paper roll holders noisy on purpose though. That way, others can hear you pulling yards of TP off the damn things and wonder what you're doing in there.

The main reason is obviously the fact that cheaper can be bought in larger quantity. They don't care what you feel about it, it's just that they have put toilet paper there that matters for them at least. So yeah, quantity over quality.

Haha! I couldn't have said it better myself. Also there are many things I'd sacrifice to save money, but for me decent TP is a must!!
Also, randomly throwing it out there, I work at a store and our restrooms don't have speakers for the music on the PA to come through in there so it's silent, which is crap in my opinion (no pun intended). So if I'm in there washing my hands or just blowing my nose in front of the mirror as I often do and I happen to notice one of the stalls is occupied, I'm sure to leave the sink a-running until I'm on my way out, out of courtesy, because it's really not fun to try and do your business with a stranger in the room in pure silence. I'm.... admittedly a dork and feel ashamed for having shared that. :shrug:
I hate the quality of the toilet paper. But what is worse is having no toilet paper in any of the toilets.
A co-worker of mine used to say it's John Wayne toilet paper...b/c it's rough and tough and doesn't take shit off of anybody.
