We pulled our cake out of the freezer today. It got a little smooshed when we wrapped it up, but parts of it were still pretty. It tasted pretty good; the cake part was kind of dry and the icing got kind of alcohol-y? My best guess is that the vanilla extract really came through somehow. No clue. But it was good enough Matt had a second slice. And we used our serving set from the wedding. :D
