Android scripting or mobile development

Anyone do mobile development on here, or do any scripting for their phones? If so what platform do you use and why?

I've been playing with sl4a which adds python scripting to the android ( as well as other languages) but have not used it for much.

For mobile app dev I tried corona, but got stuck on eclipse with the android sdk... ( less polished but waaaayyyy more flexible)

I aint got the knowhow but I hear there's money in Apps these days.

There's money there alright... I listed that I do android dev on my linked in profile and had a recruiter contact me with in 4 hours of me posting it. Still getting comfy with the environment though so it'll be a bit before I pursue a total career switch to mobile
