I am only going to put up the prologue for now unless people want more it is a work in progress.
the title of the story is: Under City 265
Prologue
The year is 2285 after thethird world war the underground-cities, or UCs, were built to housethe poor, only the rich can live on the top side. Most people livingin the UCs have some form of mutation mostly slight ones stronger,faster, better sight. People with low-light, that’s what peoplecall the night sight mutation, become what we down here calllighters. A lighter fixes, finds, builds, and do pretty much anything you’ll pay them to do. I am one of them, I was born with thelow-light, I am a lighter my name is Jack Mercer and I live inUC:265 aka Underground Skull City.
