I think she should just count her blessings that she was tried in an enlightened country. If she murdered someone in her own country, she could have been facing execution.

I remember hearing this story for the first time two years ago or so. It appears that Knox was involved in the murder and justice was served. Case closed.

Barely a mention is made of the victim.

I have no idea what to make of the case. I wonder what general opinion is now, given the imminent appeal verdict.

I agree, this case sickens me only because the victim is just...idk it doesn't feel like her memory is respected at all.
Anyway, I have no clue if she is guilty or not, I recall reading some details and there was considerable doubt, but I don't know how accurate those details were.

The impression I get is that the unending media concentration on Knox is what's detracted from the victim and her family. Understandable to a degree, given the verdict is imminent but yeah, does seem like the fact she's dead is the side issue.

If Knox is innocent, then goodness knows who may be the murderer.

Here's an article I found with 5 reasons for her guilt - and 5 for her innocence. Makes for interesting reading for someone like me who doesn't really have much of a clue either as to her guilt or innocence.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...Knox-Guilty-or-innocent-five-reasons-why.html

edit: reading that though, I would lean towards innocence based purely on those things and nothing else. There's enough reasonable doubt there I reckon.
