Alternative therapies are real relief, I don't have any mental health issues, so I haven't taken any alternative therapy, however, I know a lot of people who tried alternative therapy and it worked, it even worked for my father.
I’ve tried yoga, and it definitely helped me release tension and feel more centered emotionally. I haven’t experienced Reiki or sound baths yet, but I’ve heard they can be deeply calming. For me, slow breathing and mindful movement make the biggest difference.
