I knew a guy who had one, it was before Dell bought them. It was the best factory overclock ever. The owners manual was informative. Each one is individually tuned and optimized by a bench tech, who then prints a report - called the autopsy. You pay a lot for it, but if you have money to spend, go for it

YUK! dell now own alienware, they are over priced lack a decent warrently and are renowned for failing after a years use!

Either build one like everyone i know or personnaly i really dig commodore! check em out, custom cases cheap pc amazing quality "big thumbs up"

Yea it was a huge bummer that Dell owns Alienware now because that's where I wanted to get my laptop through, but I just went through cyberpowerpc.com. Got my last two comps there and love em! Plus love all the customizable options.

I considered CyberPower for my lappie but I read a lot of bad things.

There are always going to be people who have bad experiences no matter where you go. The only thing I don't like is because their only warehouse is in Cali and backorders can take a while. But I have had great experiences with them. Hell I was even out of warranty on my desktop and they are like...hmm no we show you are covered we'll replace that dvd drive hahaha WOOT.

Cyber power are awesome! i was going to go down that route but then i went for the DIY way, built it myself and have never looked back hehe
