Adoption

Mine wasn't hard to house train at all .. they are extremely intelligent and eager to please animals, and never once did she poop in her crate.

My main thing is... they want $225. That seems awfully high for a rescue.

Yah, that does seems high for a rescue, for sure!!!

Actually all "resuces" charge fees comparable to that .. rescues aren't the same as a pound or shelter .. they have a lot of out of pocket expenses and few donations.

The high fees help buffer the costs the rescue organizations incur taking care of the animals (food, healthcare, toys, bedding, ect.)

I paid $350 for my adopted greyhound .. they really use the money for worthy causes .. if you are in doubt of the organizations credibility .. don't be shy in asking to see where the dogs are kept.
