A black man in New Jersey has filed a lawsuit against his former employer, Benjamin Moore Paints, which he says named one of its paint colors after him and then fired him when he complained.
Clinton Tucker, who managed online sales for Benjamin Moore, which is owned by the conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway, said that he was bothered by the names of several of the company’s paint colors, “Clinton Brown,” “Tucker Chocolate,” and “Confederate Red.”

So the guy gets a gravy job designing paint colors...with the company Benjamin Moore Paints..Honors him to give him bragging rights by using parts of his name?...the guy complains then get fired.
Pulls the race card and the homosexual card...what a POS.
Coincidence or not...what is the guys problem..he should have been proud.
The guy is obviously such a racist that he failed to that if parts of his name were used in colors..it would have actually been an honor.
Besides its their company they can name the colors what they want.
Hopefully this guy doesn't have children.. we dont need any more young minds being taught to be racists.
